We are not a website design company.  And because we can't afford the services of one, we use the website design tools of Yahoo to build our websites.  And yes, our website is hosted by Yahoo Small Business (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com).  For about $10 a month you can get a domain name, web hosting, website design tool, business email addresses @yourdomain and other features.

We cannot state that it is really simple or easy to build your website using Yahoo's service.  But we can say that it is relatively simple and easy to build a website with Yahoo's online site design tool.  The qualifying word is "relatively".  But, we have been using Yahoo's service for over 7 years.
